S Ravindra Babu
S Ravindra Babu brings to Megasoft over one and a half decades of experience in progressive management and in managing technical organizations. Ravi has a rich experience in the IT segment in general and more specifically in application of numerical methods and software solutions for complex engineering and energy problems. Apart from being the founder of Megasoft group in 1994, Ravi has also launched and successfully ran a software services division in US for a large Indian IT company. Prior to this, Ravi was associated with an elite American engineering and energy-consulting organization, since 1990 in different capacities.
Ravi, holds a Master's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University, US and an MSE from The John Hopkins University, US and is based at Virginia, US.

GV Kumar
GV Kumar brings to Megasoft over fourteen years of experience in IT & Telecom industries. He was the Founder & CEO of XIUS India Limited. Before joining XIUS he held various senior management positions at Godrej Group of India. His last assignment with them was for more than three years as CEO, Godrej Telecom Ltd. While at Godrej, he played key role in setting up of new companies and joint ventures, launching new business & product lines and forging International Alliances. He is credited with the turning around of many business divisions of Godrej, including Godrej Telecom. He had also been a part time Marketing Faculty for second Year MBA students of Bombay University for 5 years.
GV is an Electrical Engineer with Post Graduate degree in Management.

Anil Kumar Sood
Anil practices as an independent professional helping firms build growth capability through his customized learning and consulting solutions. He is a PGDM and Fellow from IIM, Ahmedabad and combines strong industry and academic experience.

His industry experience includes management accounts, business development and financial accounting assignments with Smithkline Beecham Consumer Health Limited, Delhi from 1983 to 1986 and executive (Business Head) responsibilities with Scientific Engineering (P) Limited, Hyderabad from 1989 to 1990. He has served as a Professor of Finance at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) for about 12 years.

Anil has also done consulting assignments in the energy sector in India. He was an honorary member of the Study Committee on Financing the Global Energy Sector- the Task Ahead, World Energy Council, London, UK during 1996-97 and has subsequently worked with them on Pricing of Energy in Developing Countries. Anil has worked on training and consulting assignments world-wide.

He has served a term on the Board of Directors of Andhra Bank and has worked as a member of Technical Experts Committee for Restructuring of Punjab and Sind Bank. Anil has been a member of Economic Affairs Council, CII Andhra Pradesh and member of Corporate Governance Committee of CII Southern Region.

Anish Mathew
Anish Mathew is a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Delhi and a PGDM from the Xavier Institute of Management.

He brings to Megasoft nearly two decades of experience in investing in Indian and international capital markets. He was previously the Deputy Chief Investment Officer (Asia Pacific ex Japan) at Societe Generale Asset Management (SGAM) where he was responsible for overseeing the management of regional and country funds in excess of USD 2 billion. Prior to joining SGAM, he was Director, Fund Management at Deutsche Asset Management in Singapore where he was responsible for investing in Emerging Asian equity markets for the Group.


R Janardhana
R Janardhana is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CAIIB. He was working with Indian Overseas Bank for three decades and was Head of the Accounts Department of the Bank for about 5 years. He was involved in the Banks public issues and was member in various compliance committees. He has wide experience in the areas of credit review of large businesses, inspection and banking administrations.


D Sudhakar Reddy
D Sudhakar Reddy is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and was in practice for over fifteen years as a practicing Chartered Accountant. He is also an Information Systems Auditor. He has extensively traveled overseas in connection with the export business of his clients. His audit experiences include Public Limited Companies & Banks.
